How can I register at EEVA?
You need to complete the registration form at http://eeva.pro/ru/registration. Registration requirements are as follows:
After registration you need to click the link you will receive in an email to confirm your registration. After that, please upload your artistic photo (minimum size: 400x400 pixels), publish your portfolio (minimum three videos) to demonstrate your professional level. After moderation your profile will be either activated or deleted depending on your profile and the information you provide.

Registration offers the following advantages: How can I post my videos?
- participation in private EEVA events (Forums, www.fstvf.com); - access to the member area and forum; - registered users can post personal photos in their profiles; - registered users can read commentaries and comment any video on the site; - communication with colleagues. The applicants who meet all the Registration requirements of EEVA and are approved as full members get extra benefits: - participation in the elite community of professional videographers; - a plastic membership card and electronic certificate; - a personal section on the site with their video samples, contact details and any other information; - placement of their videos in the client section of the site; - participation in polls and the site's rating system; - the right to purchase and use EEVA merchandise (t-shirts, caps, video samples, music, and gifts); - full participation in any professional contest organized by EEVA; - 50% discounts on all workshops and educational programs arranged during Forums for Videographers and the School of Videography; - discounts on video equipment and production (the list of partners companies and manufacturers will be published on the site); - video news, tips, lessons and secrets from manufacturers in webcast format; - one page in each issue of "The Videographer" electronic magazine (in pdf format) for publishing personal information. - unlimited videos in the personal profile (PRO account users); - access to the member area and personal messages; - discounts on educational events hosted by the Association or promoted by the ; - participation in EEVA's bonus program.
You cannot upload videos directly to the site. We believe that using Vimeo (www.vimeo.com), a wonderful video service, will save both your time and our resources. If you want to add a video to your portfolio, you simply need to post a Vimeo link and a high-quality JPEG preview of the video, which will be visible in your portfolio, in the list of videos, in the Battle of the Day and even in the Video of the Day, if you are lucky enough.
Why did you delete my video???
It is very likely that your video did not meet our requirements. Please, refer to the User Agreement for more details about the requirements. Technical Requirements
The Author agrees that this Agreement constitutes the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between the Author and EEVA, and its terms and conditions govern the Author’s use of the Site for publishing Videos.
Videos can only be published if they fully comply with the requirements specified in this clause. EEVA reserves the right not to publish your video if it fails to comply with these requirements. How can I watch all the videos available on the site?
1. You cannot post videos of poor quality. 2. Videos cannot be shorter than 30 seconds or longer than 15 minutes. 3. Videos should be at least 720x405 pixels, 1280x720 pixels is the more preferable size. 4. Videos can be in the 16x9 format. 4x3 format is no longer used in video production. 5. Each video must contain the name of the Author or studio in a caption or break bumper. 6. Videos you want to post on EEVA must be hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. You simply need to paste the link. See the VIDEOS section for all new videos posted by our registered users. You can sort videos by upload date, by rating or by the number of commentaries. You can also see the most recent commentaries, the Video of the Day and the Editors' Choice in the same section.
Who can post commentaries?
Reading and posting commentaries is only available to registered users. Links in your profile
The author can choose to disable comments to his or her works, define groups who can comment (colleagues and/or clients). The author can also screen (but not delete) any commentary to his or her work. The commentator's name will still be displayed, but the comment will be hidden and there will be "The commentary has been screened" message.
We recommend that your profile should contain links to your personal site and your social networks accounts. Moderators can delete links to irrelevant resources or complain to the administrator who can delete your account for the violation of the rules.
